We just signed the year-long lease with an option to extend and are looking forward to putting some work into getting it in shape. This will be such a great space for us and there really isn’t much to do. There is approx 1200 sq. ft. in all leaving us with a ton of room to move about. Check out the floor plan of the first floor to the left (we get everything with lines through it). It has a huge garage door that we’ll likely use as the primary entrance. It is very centrally located in the heart of midtown at: 1915 I Street.

There are really too many features to list. It even has a built in compressor! Well, it might not be a working compressor but we’ll try to restore it to it’s full glory if possible.

We are planning a grand opening in early January so stay tuned.
