Do you need a powerful bike light but are low on cash? Come on out and join the crew to build yourself a very high quality 10 watt bike lite that will burn over 2 hours on a charge for under $30.00! The more people who participate, the lower the price will be.
No experience is necessary. We’ll find something for you to do. Everyone pays the same price. Everyone gets the same thing.
Here is what you get:
- 1 each high quality 10 watt bike light that will attach to your helmet or handlebars with a velcro strap(strap included).
- 1 each 3200 mAh battery pack
- 1 each battery charger
All of this is brand new equipment purchased especially for this project.
A $20.00 deposit (on or before December 1, 2008) is required to RSVP to this event.
Useful skills for this project are:
- Soldering
- Drilling
- Cutting
- Sewing (the battery will hang from your frame by velcro in a nylon bag)
- Cleanup
- Setup/snacks
